•  Q- When dispensing multiple packs of the same item such as Warfarin, is it ok to tape the packs together and add just one label?
• A -No, if you are dispensing multiple packs of the same item, each pack must have its own label.
• Q -Are we currently getting any wholesaler discount on Mirena coils?
• A -No sorry there is no discount on Mirena coil unless you purchase as Parallel import but even then, the discount is low and doesn’t meet clawback.
• Q -Should we be issuing prescriptions for Personally Administered items for our non-dispensing patients as well as our dispensing patients?

         A -Yes, Personally Administered rules extends to dispensing and non-dispensing patients. Basically, for any Personally               Administered items, if the practice has purchased an item then it should go onto FP10.
